Repeat Prescriptions

Available by request subject to medication reviews by the Doctor. Please request prescriptions at least 3 working days in advance.

By telephone	We do not accept medication requests over the phone due to safety reasons. Telephone queries to the practice are available on 029 2037 9510 between the hours of 08:00-18:30 Monday to Friday.
In Person	Repeat prescriptions can be requested using the white repeat slip which is attached to your previous prescription. Tick the items required and either post it back or place in the letter box at the practice entrance. Alternatively use a piece of paper to write your name, address, date of birth and medication needed.
NHS App	You can request your repeat medication from 29th February via the NHS App.
By Email	Please order your repeated medications, with your name, date of birth and your choice of pharmacy to prescriptions.w97018@wales.nhs.uk, please note this is not for any urgent queries.

Prescription collection times are between the hours of 10am-12pm & 4pm-6pm unless directed otherwise by the Doctor on the day.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication may be asked to see a doctor or our in house pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications. Any queries to medication changes may also be booked with our in house pharmacist.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
