Telephone Consultations

All appointments are booked by contacting our reception team on 029 2037 9510.

GP appointments and some Practice Nurse appointments will be booked as telephone consultations in the first instance. If once assessed, the clinician feels that the patient requires a face-to-face appointment, one will be arranged.

Telephone consultations are arranged with a clinician during their AM or PM clinic, Monday - Friday. An exact time cannot be given but you will be informed whether your appointment will be in the morning or in the afternoon. 

These appointments can be booked anytime between 8:00 and 18:30, Monday to Friday depending on clinical availability. However, our Duty Doctor provides cover until 18:30. Emergency advice/appointments are available until this time. 

The clinician will always attempt to call you twice. If you are aware that a call has been scheduled for you, please ensure your phone is available for you to accept the call. If the clinician is unable to contact you after two attempts, you will then be asked to re-book your appointment.
