Telephone Consultations

All appointments are booked by contacting our reception team on 029 2037 9510.

Telephone consultations are arranged with a clinician during their AM clinic during a Monday or Friday. An exact time cannot be given but will be between 8am-12pm.

These appointments can be booked after 11am Monday to Friday depending on clinical availability. 

The clinician will always attempt to call you twice. If you are aware that a call has been scheduled for you, please ensure your phone is available for you to accept the call. If the clinician is unable to contact you after two attempts, you will then be asked to re-book your appointment. 

Please ensure that the contact details that we hold for you are up-to-date. If you change your contact details, please change them by clicking HERE or let our reception team know by calling 029 2037 9510.
